Mop man is no abuser.

I keep hearing all this junk about mop man abusing and what not. i pk with him on here atleast every other day and he doesnt abuse. sometimes he mayb forgets to take ring off. he uses it to ensure people are following rules. if they break a rule while pking hes gonna ring them, he doesn't loot so they shouldnt cry. He is a good mod, and hasnt done anything wrong in my book.
